Begin with our crowd favorite Italian sausage gnocchi soup followed by Arugula Spinach Caprese Salad with lemon balsamic dressing. Roasted tomato bruschetta chicken breast, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed broccolini, Italian ricotta cookies and our homemade tiramisu ice cream.

Saturday, February 13, 2016 – Chef Tasting Dinner Valentine’s Weekend Surf and Turf
Start out with creamy crab bisque and grilled Caesar Romaine hearts. Learn how we trim and roast a whole beef tenderloin with our Dijon horseradish rub. Hang out in the kitchen while we give a short talk on how to buy beef cuts. Enjoy delicious heirloom roasted carrots and Hasselback potatoes along with Lump Crab Cakes. Finish your meal with a decadent chocolate cupcake with a Cherry chocolate frosting decorated by you.

Let us delight your palate with our Lemon Thyme Hummus and torn naan crisps. Move into our traditional greek salad with country olives and feta. Learn to make our crowd favorite Mediterranean Chicken with sundried tomatoes, lemon roasted cauliflower, garlic oregano roasted Yukon gold potatoes and end with some delicious pistachio white chocolate shortbread cookies and blueberry pistachio ice cream.
